My Mission

My mission is straightforward: to help chiropractors enhance clinical outcomes, ensure coding compliance, and generate new revenue through active care and advanced therapies. After nearly four decades in chiropractic care and neurological rehabilitation, I've witnessed the incredible transformation that occurs when practitioners embrace evidence-based, neurologically-focused treatment approaches.

"I believe every chiropractor has the potential to become a neurological rehabilitation expert. My role is to bridge the gap between traditional chiropractic education and the advanced clinical skills needed to treat complex conditions like concussions, chronic pain, and post-surgical rehabilitation."

The healthcare landscape is evolving rapidly, and chiropractors who adapt to include neurological rehabilitation and advanced coding practices position themselves not just for survival, but for exceptional growth. Through my educational programs, I've helped hundreds of practitioners transform their practices, increase their revenue, and most importantly, achieve better patient outcomes.

Professional Journey

My journey in chiropractic care began over three and a half decades ago with a simple observation: traditional chiropractic education, while excellent in many areas, left significant gaps in neurological rehabilitation and modern coding practices. This realization sparked a lifelong commitment to continuous learning, research, and education that has shaped my career and the lives of countless practitioners.

As the founder of The Neuro Way to Practice, I've dedicated my career to developing comprehensive training systems that integrate cutting-edge neurological rehabilitation techniques with practical business applications. My approach combines rigorous clinical science with real-world implementation strategies, ensuring that practitioners not only learn advanced techniques but can successfully integrate them into their existing practices.

My research work focuses on three critical areas: concussion recovery, chronic pain management, and post-surgical rehabilitation outcomes using integrative technologies. As the Clinical Education Coordinator for the NeuWay Concussion Care project, I lead multi-site studies designed to elevate chiropractic's role in neurological care and establish evidence-based protocols that improve patient outcomes while ensuring proper documentation and coding compliance.

Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy centers on the belief that exceptional patient care requires both clinical excellence and business acumen. Too often, practitioners excel in one area while struggling in the other. My programs are designed to bridge this gap, providing comprehensive education that addresses both clinical skills and practice management.

I believe in evidence-based practice supported by rigorous research and real-world application. Every technique I teach, every protocol I recommend, and every business strategy I share has been tested in clinical settings and proven to deliver results. This commitment to evidence-based education ensures that practitioners can implement what they learn with confidence and achieve measurable outcomes.

My approach emphasizes practical implementation over theoretical knowledge. While understanding the science behind neurological rehabilitation is crucial, practitioners need clear, step-by-step guidance on how to integrate these techniques into their existing practices. My programs provide detailed implementation strategies, patient communication scripts, coding guidance, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.

"Education without implementation is just information. My goal is to provide practitioners with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to transform their practices and improve patient outcomes immediately."
